Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. You represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

Financing applications

Submitting an application through Dealer Fuel is a request to be considered for auto financing. It is not an offer of credit, a loan approval, or a guarantee of any rate, term, or vehicle availability. Participating dealerships and lenders make independent credit decisions based on their own criteria.

You authorize First Source Financial and participating partners to obtain consumer credit reports, verify the information you provide, and contact you by phone, email, or text regarding your application and financing options. Message and data rates may apply where permitted by law. Dealer Fuel collects and routes your application; it does not itself obtain credit reports.

Co-applicants

If you add a co-applicant, you represent that you have their permission to provide their personal information and that they agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Co-applicants may also be subject to credit reporting and verification by First Source Financial and participating partners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Services
• Access or use the Services on behalf of another person without proper authorization

Electronic communications

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including application status updates and requests for additional information. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time, but we may still contact you about an active application as permitted by law.

Third-party services

Dealer Fuel may facilitate connections with independent dealerships, lenders, and other third parties. We are not responsible for the products, services, policies, or decisions of those third parties. Your relationship with a lender or dealership is governed by their separate agreements and disclosures.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEALER FUEL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEALER FUEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dealer Fuel and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit through the Services.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and revising the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Dealer Fuel operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
