• Comply with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements

Credit reports and financial information

Dealer Fuel does not pull consumer credit reports. If you authorize it on the application, First Source Financial and participating lenders or finance partners may obtain consumer credit reports from one or more consumer reporting agencies in connection with your application. Information in your credit report may affect whether you qualify for financing and the terms offered to you.

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you have the right to obtain a free copy of your credit report from each nationwide credit bureau once every 12 months and to dispute inaccurate information. For more information, visit annualcreditreport.com.

How we share information

We may share personal information with:

• First Source Financial and other lenders evaluating your financing request
• Participating dealerships connected to your application
• Consumer reporting agencies, identity verification providers, and other service providers that help us operate the Services

• Regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and security

We retain application information for as long as needed to process your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
